    First of all this plate carrier is very well made, and I love the quick release buckles everywhere. Cummerbund is double layered so you can have pouches on the other side of your side armor plate pouch. I am a big boi, so this fits a 50″ chest, 280lbs, 6ft tall.

    The super pro I enjoy is after sizing the plate bags to their proper protection height, you can use the buckles for speedy doffing because you want to get out or a real emergency where someone had to provide aid. No more velcro ripping and your velcro will last longer.

    The only thing that took some time to figure out is the patter to weave the cummerbund.

    Aside from that, I didtched my Crye SPC for this, and it was a very smart decision imho.
